The companies have previously collaborated in an industry-leading research project to establish the first evidence-based floor/drainage specification guidelines. The research has helped food and drink manufacturers to improve floor/drainage reliability and optimise hygiene in their facilities.

Located on adjacent booths in the Congress exhibition area, ACO and Sika experts will be on hand to talk about this research and will also be helping the food and drinks industry to understand how production equipment integration can improve cleaning performance and minimise costs.

The companies will also be co-hosting a post-Congress webinar on 6 December regarding production system integration and cleaning. Congress visitors who wish to register for the webinar can do so at either the ACO or Sika exhibition booths.

As experts in the design, manufacture and specification of hygienically designed drainage systems, ACO is actively looking to collaborate further with Sika and to establish partnerships with other organisations which have expertise in areas relating to and affecting drainage performance and food factory hygiene.
