Waste debris including meat, vegetable leaves and solids such as etiquettes, glass shards or bones frequently fall onto the floor and clog conventional silt baskets in a very short time, creating frequent maintenance requirements.

As the water cannot then drain away, this causes delays in production, compromises site safety and increases the risk of contamination. To prevent this, it is appropriate to use solutions developed for this purpose.

The new design of the ACO waste trap incorporates the principles of hygienic design which means it is faster and easier to clean and maintain.

The ACO waste trap comes equipped with either a perforated or solid waste filter basket. The basket option is defined by preference during the product specification process.

ACO waste filter is a suitable and convenient solution for already installed box channels. It has similar functionality to the ACO waste trap baskets for separation of high amount of waste during food production and preparation process. Available as a semi-standard solution, the ACO waste filter is compatible with certain channel widths and heights.
