Learn more about our new frameless ladder grating

ACO has introduced a frameless ladder grating, the only grating on the market which aids maintenance and cleanability. The new grating combines an open-sided design with high slip resistance to classification R11 (DIN 51130) and is one of five new products which ACO has introduced to its hygienically designed drainage portfolio this year.
Preventing the accumulation of debris between drainage channels and grating frames, and increasing employee safety. The new grating design is perfect for beverage and dairy industries -production areas where glass shards may be present and there is a risk of blockages occurring between the grating frame and the channel edge.
A fully welded solution and the electropolished finish of the grating complies to EHEDG’s hygienic requirements for drainage and also incorporates the hygienic design principles which are normally reserved for food contact equipment.
