ACO presented at the conference for Hygiene & Sanitation in Meat processing

Our colleague Jiri Dubjuk from ACO CZ presented at the recent Conference for Hygiene & Sanitation In Meat Processing which was organised by the University of Veterinary and Pharmaceutical Sciences Brno.

Jiri’s presentation gave advice on best practice with regard to drainage systems in the meat industry and explained the proven advantages of hygienic drainage design in a food processing environment.

He also gave an overview of the latest trends in hygiene, developments in legislation, key industry standards including IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000, EHEDG guidelines and the basic principles of hygienic design for production and support equipment used in food production.
