FCSI EAME Conference 2017

The European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) is working with the FCSI for the first time at this year’s FCSI EAME Conference in Vienna (6 to 9 April 2017).

The collaboration will see EHEDG representative and Deputy Director of Fraunhofer IVV Dresden, Dr. Marc Mauermann deliver a one-hour workshop on the benefits of using hygienic design to optimise cleanability, operational costs and hygiene in commercial kitchen environments. The workshop is the first of many activities the two organisations plan to host together and will take place between 14:15 and 15:15hrs on 7 April.
