Dr Mauermann to present at FCSI EAME Conference

EHEDG representative and Deputy Director of Fraunhofer IVV Dresden, Dr. Marc Mauermann is to deliver a one-hour workshop on the benefits of using hygienic design at this year’s FCSI EAME Conference (6 to 9 April).

Now deputy director of Fraunhofer IVV Branch Lab for Processing Machinery and Packaging Technology, Marc was previously team leader of the Institute’s Hygienic Processing Group which conducted world-leading research into issues related to the hygienic design of food processing machinery and industrial cleaning processes.
