Eduard Herrero of drainage company ACO IBERIA is to present at the Ainia Innovation Day on hygienic equipment design and facilities on 10th November. Eduard is to talk about the key design features of hygienically designed drainage and the crucial role drainage plays in the creation of hygienic manufacturing facilities.

The conference aims to educate delegates from the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries about the basic principles and general requirements for the hygienic design of equipment and processing facilities.

Being held at the Hotel Catalonia Atocha in Madrid, it has being organised by Ainia - a Spanish, non-profit making association which aims to promote improvements in production quality and which is also the official home of the Regional Section for EHEDG in Spain.

Daniel Vlček, Business Development Manager for ACO Building Drainage SWEG, comments: “We’re proud to be a key speaker at this conference. Our involvement with this event underlines our commitment to raising awareness for the need for hygienically designed drainage and to raising standards across every part of the hygienic drainage process from design and installation through to cleaning and ongoing maintenance. It also reflects the strength of ACO’s collaborative relationship with EHEDG globally.”

ACO was the first drainage manufacturer to become a member of EHEDG and has played a core part in the creation of two Regional Sections in Europe and one in China.
