Commissioning includes the following services:

Upon conclusion of an original ACO maintenance contract, the costs of

Service grease separator: maintenance
Suitable for

Description
- Maintenance in accordance with the checklist based on EN 1825-2 when concluding a maintenance contract with ACO Building Drainage.
- Separator systems should be maintained by an authorised qualified contractor
- The maintenance interval should not be longer than 1 x year.
The maintenance service includes the following work:
- Arrival and removal including working hours, which do not exceed the scope of the maintenance
- Checking internal wall surfaces
- Functional check on electrical equipment, if available
- Checking the entire system with the creation of a test report and, if necessary, a repair offer
A disposal vehicle should be available at the time of maintenance.

Service grease separator: General inspection
Suitable for

Description
According to DIN 4040-100, separator systems must be checked before commissioning and then at regular intervals of a maximum of 5 years after full emptying.
Testing takes place according to EN 1825 / EN 1610.
Our report includes the exact description of the system with measurement, measurement graphics and image documentation, as well as suggestions for further procedures (defect elimination).
The following preparations must be made on-site before the general inspection:
- Free access for all vehicles
- Full installation of the system
- Electrical connection 230V
- The system must be emptied and clean at the time of testing
- The possibility of quick water filling is required (supply of fresh water by the disposer or C-connection)
- An assistant will be provided to us free-of-charge for the work
- You shall provide climbing aids (ladders)
- The contents of the separator must be disposed of on the day of the general inspection! Disposal is ordered by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
- For the duration of the General Inspection, no inlet into the separator may take place for approx. 4-5 hours
